CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointments are very important to the Shear Escape Salon team members, they are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request minimum 24 hours notice for cancellations. This allows us time to contact and schedule those guests on our waiting list. Failure to provide this window of time may result in a cancellation charge of 100% of the scheduled service.

CREDIT CARD POLICY

Shear Escape Salon & Spa requires a credit card on file with every appointment booked. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice the card will be charged 50% of the service booked. If an appointment is missed with no notice, 100% of the service will be charged to the card.
Your credit card information will be held in a secure location that only our front desk and management team has access to. There will be a note on your account as to when that information expires and at that point you will be asked to provide new credit card info.

LATE POLICY

If you exceed 15 minutes, we may not be able to accommodate you and a missed appointment fee may apply.
